Something about summer screams the need for carbonated drinks. However most carbonated drinks you buy are filled with so much sugar and other crap it makes it more of a burden to drink then a pleasure. So what better way to enjoy those fizzy drinks then at home, made by you?!?!
This homemade cherry soda is soooooo refreshing after a long, hard, sweltering hot day. It's not to sweet, not to sour, or bitter. Just right! You know what the best part of this is? There's only TWO ingredients! Which means you can whip this up in a snap!
Carbonated water is so much fun to play with. You can make so much with it! So much healthy (er) drinks that you can totally make at home! I make sure to buy and organic brand. Then once you have it let your imagination run wild!

Cherry Soda
about 10 cherries, pitted
1 12oz can sparkling water
Toss the cherries in a food processor and pulverize until pulpy. Strain out the juice and add 1-2 tablespoons to a glass cup. Pour half the sparkling water over and mix with a spoon. Repeat for a second glass. Add some ice cubes and enjoy!
