My dad lives on coffee. Every morning I wake up to the sound of him grinding coffee beans into fresh grinds for his daily wake up. Believe me, it smells amazing! Being a girl after my dad's heart, I drink coffee almost daily as well. My dad makes fun of me cause he says I make and drink "cowboy coffee." Apparently cowboy coffee is super black and has 'sludge' on the bottom of your mug. That's how I like it, so, to bad. But sometimes I do like to have a special coffee with yummy creamer and such. No way will I buy the store bought, bad for you stuff. Yep. I'm going to make my own!
My dad will even use this creamer sometimes! It's not very sweet, but it's creamy with a hint of vanilla. It adds a little something special if you don't want to use just plain milk or cream. And it takes like, less then 5 minutes to put together!
I am confident you have everything you need to make this right now in your kitchen! With the exception of xanthin gum. However, that's a totally optional ingredient. It's in there as a thickening agent. But if your cream is as thick as butter like mine was, then you really don't need it. ;)
Makes Saturday morning coffee a bit more special. :)
