Homemade Graham Crackers
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dry milk powder (or additional flour)
1/3 cup oil or melted butter
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp. molasses
1/3 cup water
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients until well blended. Add the wet ingredients and mix well into a stiff ball. Grease a flat cookie sheet (without sides) and roll the dough right out an the cookie sheet about 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick with a rolling pin. Use a pizza cutter to cut squares and prick each square with a fork until they look like graham crackers. Bake 12-15 minutes at 325 degrees until browned.
