Kale--any kind, rinsed and torn into bite size pieces
Place the kale into a bowl. Add enough olive oil to coat. Be careful to not add to much as you don't want it to be soggy. Sprinkle with salt and toss. Lay out the leaves, curly side down on a cookie sheet. Bake at 340 degrees for 7 minutes. Sometimes it take a little but longer for them to get crisp, but watch closely cause they will burn easy. Allow to cool completely before eating.
