Little Cheddar Meat Loaves
3lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
8oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup oats
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
Glaze:
3 cups ketchup
3/4 cup sucanat (or regular sugar and add 2-3 Tbsp. molasses)
2 Tbsp. mustard
In a large bowl beat eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, onion, oats, and salt. Add beef and mix well.
Shape into 18 loaves; 9 for each 9x13 baking dish, 3 rows of 3. Or pour all the mixture into a 14x10 baking dish.
Combine the ingredients for the glaze and spoon over the loaves. You don't have to use it all, just enough to give it a nice glaze. The extra can be used for serving.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
