Back to the smoothie!!
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1 banana, frozen if possible
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup milk (cow, almond, coconut, etc)
1 scoop protein powder, optional
1 tsp, honey, optional
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
6 ice cubes, only if your banana isn't frozen
Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into pretty glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
