Chia Seed Brownies
1 cup date paste
1 cup almonds
1 cup pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup ground flax seeds
4 Tbsp raw honey
2 Tbsp arrowroot powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pulverize the nuts in a blender. Pour into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with your hands. The dough will be extremely thick. Grease a 8x8 pan with coconut oil and press the dough into it. Frost with icing and freeze 3-4 hours. Keep frozen.
Chia Brownie Icing
3-4 avocados
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp raw honey
1/2 cup cocoa
Peel and pit the avocados. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
