SF Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Pudding
3 frozen bananas
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1-1/2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
Blend all together in a food processer until completely smooth. Enjoy immediately and do not store.
What's better then a bowl of chocolate? I can't think of much else! Well, okay, actually I can think of a bunch of other things, but that's beside the point. Oh, I know! A bowl of healthy chocolate! Ha! Trump that! This took me literally less then five minutes to go from empty mixer to full bowl. And, it's super good! Yeah, I say that about everything, but it's so true! The tip to make this extra yummy is to use TOTALLY frozen bananas. Like, the kind that are rock hard. They make this pudding sooo yummy and thick. Also, you could add a small bit of chocolate chips. Or nuts. Or whatever crunchy things you like to add to your puddings. The ingredient amounts are really flexible. What I wrote is just a guideline. It's really to taste! If you want it more peanut buttery, add more peanut butter! Not enough chocolate? Add more!
