Ever needed a quick breakfast? If you live a crazy life (like I do sometimes) that might come to you as a dumb question. Of course you've had! So this oatmeal will be perfect for the next crazy morning that comes your way.
Not just oats are in this oatmeal! It's filled with chia seeds, coconut flakes, oh, and did I mention chocolate chips?
If you've never had soaked oatmeal for breakfast you're missing out. Oats are good for you, but even better for you when they are soaked. Add the chia seeds, vanilla, chocolate chips and you are in for a breakfast makeover!
I like putting everything into a pint jar cause it makes it even easier to grab and go. However that's totally optional.

Vegan Chocolate Chips and Cream Soaked Oatmeal
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup almond or coconut milk
2 Tbsp. coconut cream
2 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
1-2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1-2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes, optional
Combine everything in a pint canning jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grab and enjoy in the morning!
