These brownies make a great summer treat since you have to keep them frozen. But seriously though, they are soooo good! A thick, rich chocolate icing spread over a sweet, nutty, bottom....how could you ask for more?

I'm not the pizza maker in my home. The real pizza maker is my brother and he LOVES making pizza. Honestly, if I had to make the regular, tomato sauce, cheese, and pepperoni I would go crazy. Way to normal for my taste. This breakfast pizza lets you use your imagination to the fullest! It's also super versatile, so if you don't have any ham, you can use bacon. No bacon? Ground sausage's got your back! Your choice of veggies, which is a life saver when you're limited to what's in the kitchen.
I love the idea of making sandwiches with pancakes. But instead of the normal plain pancakes as my base, I decided to go all out. Something fruity and healthy...and yummy! Actually, I was looking for something for lunch that was easy to pack. I was out of bread and I didn't have anything that would make a good sack lunch. I mean, seriously, try taking last night's soup and salad out to the field. Not going to be pretty.
Memorial Day is a week away! Do you know what you are going to be making? How about something totally American? My family takes Memorial Day and the 4th of July very seriously. I mean we go all out, man! From the fire works, to the flags, to the food! We all love these holidays. ;)
