I'm SO ready to kick off the Christmas season! How about you? How's a big, cold glass of homemade eggnog sound? Yeah, I'm in! If you've never read the ingredient list on a gallon of store-bought eggnog I encourage you to do so. You can see for yourself why the stuff is SO bad for you! High fructose corn syrup, soy, preservatives, and artificial dies. Not to mention it's all GMO! But when you make it at home it's organic, and almost good for you made with the good milk and pasture raised eggs! And guess what? It tastes just like the real stuff, but better!

The holiday season is in full swing! Which often times means having overnight guests. Yes, you're thinking, "Serve them oatmeal?!?! You're crazy!" Well, maybe. Or this oatmeal is awesome enough you'd actually want to share with your guests! My older brother took one bit and said it's more like eating dessert for breakfast! I almost had to agree. Okay, well, honestly, this is the only cheese ball I've ever made, but that should be a testimony in its self! It's packed with SO much flavor and little did I know that making a cheese ball is SO stinkin' easy!! And this is perfect for the appetizer table with an assortment of crackers!
