I don't know about you, but it's been quite chilly around here the passed few days! Fall is trying to come early, but I hear it's going to be warm again soon. Either way, the cool weather has me wanting to do some fall baking! My first fall recipe I pulled out this year was a simple cinnamon apple muffin. But boy are they good! It's one of my favorite muffin recipes! And honestly I don't just make them in the fall cause I love them so much! They are soft and fluffy, filled with fall flavor!

No, there is no Buffalo in this recipe. Yes, breath. Things have been crazy around here with fall just around the corner! I'm thankful to get to bed at a semi decent time. But, that's what comes with farm life and I love it! Now, I introduce you to Blueberry Buffalo. Dear Reader, meet Blueberry Buffalo. Your new best friend.
Still using those red and white cans of cream of chicken soup in your recipes? Looking for an alternative? Well lucky you, you just found one! A friend shared this recipe with us a long, looong time ago and we've haven't stopped using it. It's really the best! This can be used in place in any recipe that calls for one can of cream of chicken soup. It's simple, easy, and quick. And sooo yummy!
I've really shirked my responsibility of making ice cream this summer. It's a shame, I know. So while it's still hot and humid and I had a free afternoon I broke out my ice cream maker to do some good. Yes, I know. Plain vanilla? Well, there are so many things you can do with plain vanilla the sky is the limit! And honestly, vanilla is one of my favorites. My favorite part of making my own homemade vanilla ice cream is that I can add those special little vanilla bean specks! It's hard to find a brand that isn't full of junk with those little specks so making it at home is perfect!
