I hope ya'll had a totally awesome Christmas! I know I did. ;) I personally love Christmas leftovers cause there's usually a decent amount and they're all (usually) really yummy. Did we have leftover eggnog? Well, no. I had to set some aside so I could make this cake, but if you do have an abundance of eggnog (what a shame, right?) then I'd say give this cake a try! This make a nice big cake. Perfect for parties, guests, or your big family. This uses pretty simple ingredients too, so you don't have to worry about not having anything you'd need....except eggnog of course. ;)

I wish ya'll a very Merry Christmas! Don't forget the reason for the season! I'm so thankful for all of you and hope your day is awesome! Have a wonderful day filled with family, food, snow (if only), pretty lights, gifts, music, and Christ.
I've never been a big candy maker. Never had the patience nor time. That, and I never thought slaving over the stove for hours just to have a handful of candies seemed worth it. But these? Oh baby. These are super easy and soooo yummy! If you like store mints even in the slightest, then you'll love these! I'm not a big peppermint fan, but I guarantee you I'll be grabbing these off the serving tray!
I saw a recipe for Italian hot chocolate last year in, oh, I don't know. June. Wasn't about to try it then. Now that it's cold and snowy (well, kind of), I was excited to give it a go! I have no idea if this is really from Italy or just called that like French frys. I do know that it is the most amazing hot chocolate I've ever made in my entire life! And so easy too! I don't know if I'll ever go back to making "regular" hot chocolate ever again!
