I mean that with all my heart! These simply ARE the best GF brownies I have ever made in my entire life! No joke, not kidding, or exaggerating one tiny bit! These are simply the best!
I made these for dessert once and served them up a scoop of ice cream. I didn't tell anyone that they were gluten free cause I wanted to see if anyone would notice. Everyone loved them, even my brother that hates anything gluten free! Once I told then they were so surprised and asked if I was lying! They are THAT good. Oh, and did I mention that they are sugar free as well?
Sometimes I make these instead of regular brownies cause I love them that much! They are soft and moist, and have the perfect brownie texture. Frosting them is optional, but if you do, you have to use sprinkles. There's just no getting around that.
If you eat a gluten free diet, or partly gluten free diet like me, then these brownies will save your life! Quick to whip up and you just might have everything you need to make these on hand!
