I don't know about you, but where I live this summer has been very mild. Not that I'm complaining but when it's finally summer after the long, cold winter, I want summer to come with power! Let summer be summer! None of these cool days. Let it be hot!
I did hear (where I live) it's supposed to get into the 90's this weekend. Hence, this post. ;)

This fruit infused water is very refreshing and simple to throw together. Wonderfully hydrating as well! A more simple, yet elegant way to refresh yourself from the hot summer weather.
Fresh and zingy flavors, perfect!
My favorite part of this drink is the watermelon cubes. This part is totally optional, but I found it to be so awesome! The recipe calls for watermelon ice cubes. All you do is cube fresh watermelon and freeze it! So instead of using ice cubes to chill the drink, these watermelon ice cubes help keep it cold while infusing the water with flavor-a win-win! Fruit Infused Water
1 quart of drinking water
juice of 1 lemon
7-8 watermelon ice cubes
handful of fresh blueberries
Combine all ingredients together. Enjoy immediately!
