I love chocolate, but I can't stand sugar. Notice I said sugar and not sweets. I'm a sucker for sweets so these bars, being sweet, yet sugar free, are my dream come true!

Sugar free and full of protein, these chewy bars are packed with chocolate flavor. Almost like a fudgy brownie. Even better right?

When I'm in a chocolate mood I always make these bars. Unless there's ice cream in the house, then I'll turn to that. But since that is pretty much once in a blue moon, I make these bars instead.

Chewy Chocolate Bars
1 cup almond butter
2 cups coconut flakes, unsweetened
2/3 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup raw honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup almond flour (optional)
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients together with your hands (You could also use a food processor instead). In a shallow baking dish, spread the mixture evenly to desired thickness.
Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Cut into bars and serve.
