Avocados aren't something I use a lot. I know they are super good for you in many ways, so I try to get my hands on them every so often.
Once you have them, then what? I mean, seriously, what does one do with bright green goop?
Make pudding of course!
It's not gross. I promise.

I love to make this because it's super easy, quick, and yummy! Most people already have everything on hand so it can be a quick fix for you too!
All you do is throw everything into a blender. Complicated right?
Blend until smooth and no pieces of avocado is left.

Pour into a pretty dish (or dishes if you feel like sharing) top with whipped coconut cream and strawberries! Or simply eat it plain, it's just as good!
When I'm looking for a quick, sweet snack without the sugar, I go to this (if I have avocados on hand!).
Sugar Free, Dairy Free Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Serves 1 to 2
1 avocado
1 frozen banana
2 Heaping Tbsp. cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. honey
1-2 Tbsp. Chia seeds
Coconut milk
Pinch of Salt
Peel, pit, and scrap out the fruit of the avocado and dump into your blender. Add the rest of the ingredients; pour in enough coconut milk to get the blender going, but not to much to make your pudding soupy.
Pour into a pretty bowl, sundae cup, or other dish of your choice, cover, and let chill for an hour or two (you can totally skip the chill part, it still tastes good!). Top with whipped coconut cream and strawberries. Or eat it plain, it's still super good!
