Apple Cider Vinegar is so good for you and has so many heath benefits! So, why not drink it? Ok, ok! Relax, I'm not saying take swigs from the bottle! That'd be so gross. But maybe make it into a refreshing "zangy" cider?
With just three basic ingredients, a cool class, and some ice, you'll have yourself a nice little pick-me-up for those dang hot summer afternoons!
I will say, however, that this isn't the most kid friendly drink. I mean, really, I'm old enough to not be considered a kid and I didn't find it friendly! I knew apple cider vinegar is so good for you, and my friend kept telling me to add a splash into your water and it's so good! I didn't share the same taste. However, after making it, 'my way' I found that if you take sips like sipping a margarita, it's quite pleasant.
Give it a try! If you want to start drinking apple cider vinegar too, but find it just as gross as I did, give this a try! You won't be bummed!
